Osaka has no regular guided sumo stable visit — what it has is the March tournament and a well-reviewed sumo show with hot-pot. The honest picture, and where the real morning practice visits are.
This page exists to save you a search: Osaka does not have a regular guided morning practice visit the way Tokyo does. Being straight about that is more useful than pretending otherwise.
What Osaka does have
The March tournament. One of the six annual honbasho is held in Osaka each March, and in the weeks before it stables relocate to the region to train — which is when practice access occasionally appears, unpredictably and usually through local guides rather than the booking platforms.
A well-reviewed sumo show. Osaka: Sumo Show & Experience with Hot Pot Meal and Kimono — 4.6 from 1,508 verified visitors, from about $64. If you want the real training room
Go to Tokyo. Ten morning practice visits run there year-round outside tournament periods, from about $90, and Tokyo is two and a half hours from Osaka on the Shinkansen — comfortably a day trip if the stable visit is the thing you came for. Nagoya is closer still and has the visit with chairs.
